Day 24 26/1/2017 Sea Day Jamaica to Dominican Republic

Today we are on our way to the Dominican republic.   Once again I got my coffee and breakfast in bed and the got ready for art in the Crow's Nest up on deck 14.

Art - this morning we did an impression of Jamaican ladies in really vivid colours.  I loved this style.  Never thought of doing anything ike this.  Always more realist, but it works.

Singing - today we got the final set ready for our stage performance - and at the end of the session we were introduced to 2 new voice coaches for next time, the second half of the cruise.   They are Analiesa and Kingsley from the Headliners.  We feel really honoured as they are such lovely people and have enough work to do getting ready for their regular performances without.having the responsibility of a choir.

Tonight's evening entertainment was refreshingly different - a cellist who was was a mixture of Andrew Lloyd Webber and Stuart Lee. A comedian but in between serious and absolutely amazing music.  Beatles Medley, Russian Medley, Frank Sinatra, and  several other popular pieces Paganini Variations, Dying Swan to name two of them.
