Day 8,  10/1/2017 Third Sea Day to Bermuda

The weather forecast is bad for 2 days towards Bermuda.  It seems to be right.  There's stormy weather, a lot of ship movement, bottles sliding up and down the shelves, walking not really successful, so for most of the day I have experienced being horizontal in the cabin. It works.   No finer details required.

Khachik has done all the food and drink fetching and carrying, porridge, fruit, soup and salad so far.

Khachik went to art to pick us up some new pads, and then he went to hear Chris Walker's talk on Johnny Cash in the Theatre Royal.

My first trip out was much later at 3.15 to the Pacific Lounge one deck down to hear a classical duo , called Harmony, on piano and violin with a really wide repertoire Paganini, Vivaldi, Gershwin and several other diverse medleys, all lovely, big talent.

There was a bit of a ghostly noise behind us, pretty loud at times and occasionally drowning out the introductions of the performances.  Needless to say Khachik explored behind the curtain and messed with a door and got rid of the trapped wind! (it was funny, typical of Khachik but I felt mainly proud)

The next outing from the cabin was upstairs to the Conservatory for evening buffet.  Not the Peninsular because there was a queue outside and the ship was still moving a lot, and eating was just going to be a functional affair, then straight to bed!
