In art Debs got us making something she called a buddy book in art with a small wallet folder held together with 2 magnets, and some floral painting. More craft than water colour painting, but it was all good. She must have spent so long preparing all the materials, and is very generous.

New song today for the Oriana vocalists was the Rose, and a recap of all the songs we've done so far. The repertoire is growing really quickly and it is such an uplifting time. Here we are in the Pacific Lounge, an alternative singing venue
The jazz musician talk today was about the life of Ella Fitzgerald, lovely video clips and her life history, and some unusual songs to show how her life and musical career progressed. She had a tough start in life and a very sad end but what a legacy for both jazz and women.
BTW the clocks went back again for the third time in the middle of the night, so we are now GMT-3.
