Today was our second sea day to the Azores
Everyone is still in jumpers. It's quite cool, so there's not much swimming or hot tubbing going on. We have started looking for flying fish and sightings of dolphins but nothing yet.
Art this morning was up on deck 14 in the Crow's Nest, painting a whale, again using wash techniques, wet in wet, and varying the shade of the wash progressively down the page. the effect is really pleasing
In singing today we added You Are My Sunshine, Bye Bye Love and a medley of Feelings and My Funny Valentine.
We arrived late for our welcome on board party an nearly missed all of the Captain's speech. We managed to benefit from 2 free gins and tonics for Khachik, and a glass of orange for me so all was not lost.
